This project was broken up into two parts. The research and writing of the information, and the creation of a visual aid to be paired with it. The main challenge came in making each page capable of being understandable on their own, but more effective as a pair.

The beer glass visual was created in illustrator. Since the topic was centered around color, I chose to make that the color blocking the focal point of the graphic. I decided to do this by keeping the glass graphic itself simple. A fun detail I chose to add was a sketch-like font an outline that mimicked the chalkboards commonly seen at bars. In order to tie the writing and the visual together, I chose to create a mini guide with the center lines. This guide helps the reader to visualize, and it makes it easier for the reader to know where to look on the graphic. The writing and mini guide were all completed in InDesign.
